A home twenty years in the making, Higher Love is our Founder and Director Alex’s own Potts Point home and our most personal project to date. Overlooking Elizabeth Bay and Sydney Harbour, it traces the evolution of life, family and deep connection to place.⁠

⁠At its heart is a sculptural white staircase that rises through the home, connecting the original dark, grounded apartment below to a light-filled glass pavilion above. The lower level holds history and memory, while the upper level opens to the horizon, shaped by light, outlook and renewal.⁠

⁠Warm timbers, expressive stone and layered textures soften the architecture, creating spaces that feel lived in, shared and deeply considered. Despite its urban setting, the home feels calm and cocooned, designed around the rhythms of family life and everyday rituals.⁠

Higher Love is a story of growth and return. A home that has evolved alongside Alex and her family, becoming lighter, more open and more assured with time.⁠
